DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery within Cyprus is within one to two business days.*
International deliveries are within two to five business days.*

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Within Cyprus, standard shipping is free.

International shipping is charged at a fixed rate of 10 EUR within the European Union, and 15 EUR for non-European Union countries.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

We apologise for any delays in processing your order. During certain times, such as busy sale periods, there may be delays due to high order volumes, workforce restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Of course! Please email customercare@kult.com.cy to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once your return has been authorised, you will be able to submit your return for international orders via our Submitting your return via this portal costs a flat rate return fee of 15 EUR via DHL.

For local returns within Cyprus it is free of charge, you just have to take the product to your nearest GAP Express.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

Absolutely, you can exchange an online purchase by emailing us at customercare@kult.com.cy.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE?

We only offer exchanges and credit notes for online purchases that are returned in store.

To receive a refund, your online order needs to be returned to our KULT online boutique. Please email customercare@kult.com.cy to arrange a return.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ONLINE RETURN?

We work with DHL to arrange online returns, which cost a flat fee of 15 EUR . Please email us at customercare@kult.com.cy and we will be happy to help with your returns.

 

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

All sale items that are not marked as “Final Sale” are eligible for an exchange or online credit note, unless deemed faulty. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

All sale items purchased with a further discount on the already marked-down price (for example, a further 20% off sale items) are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return, exchange or online credit note, unless deemed faulty by KULT. By purchasing a sale item marked as “Final Sale”, you agree that the item cannot be returned.

Fully-priced items purchased during a temporary promotion can be returned for an online credit note, valid for three years from the issue date.
